Is that both skeet and trap fields?
What time can we show up? I'll plan to be there.

I have not thought it fully through but I am thinking we can spice things up by throwing a few extra dollars into the pot per round above the club rate. We could have winner take all with best score out of 50. The fifty would be a round of wobble skeet and wobble trap. To really mix things up the best score out of 50 has to be shot with somebody else's gun (but not one you previously owned) We pick names out of a hat and you have to use a gun belonging to that person choked for the appropriate game. It would most likely be a different gun from a different person for each part (skeet and trap). Be prepared to share your gun(s) and the ammo you run through it. If there is a gun you are not comfortable sharing just say so.
If we get at least 10 shooters we step back to the 27 yard line on the trap field and shoot an elimnation or a protection, maybe both.
When we are finished with the "games" we can continue by shooting our own guns on trap and skeet.
Given it's New Years and some maybe celebrating the night before the shooting can kick off at 10AM.
Directions to the club can be found here:

That sounds great; 10 may be a little early for a coast to coast trip across NH, but I can be there by 11.
A little chowda at Newick's after?
Best Austin

Well, if we're going to be shooting against Austin we may as well just hand the money over to him and save our ammo
We'll see you there Austin.

If 11AM works better for those folks willing to travel here we can change the start time, please chime in on what will work best and we will go from there.

I would be happy with an early start but I'll defer to the gentleman from Piermont - after all, he has the greatest distance to drive unless Dave or Larry decide to come up....
Come to think of it, we should start practicing early in an attempt to improve our shooting to Austin's level

I would really like to shoot with you guys but it will have to be another day. Deb and I will be spending Christmas with our daughter and her family in Dallas but would like to wish a very Merry Christmas to everyone on this site and I hope to see some of you at the Greenwich show in a few days. Larry

Hey Larry - well - we'll miss you and Deb (well, not so much you - actually we'll miss Deb more, but... Well - you know ) A safe trip to Dallas and a wonderful Merry Christmas to you and yours..!
As well - for the folks coming to this event.. You bringing Parkers for "Show & Tell" - or just ones you want to shoot?? As well - depending on the weather, do we want to do a couple of grills for "dawgs & burgers"?? If so - I can help with buying some burgers & dawgs and buns??

Hey Bob!
OK - once we have an idea of the total number - I'll get the burgers/dogs/buns? If others can help with soda/chips - whatever - that would be great!! Also - can George make it?
Best to you - and thanks for pulling this together with Scott & Peter!!

I'll bring both beautiful hammer guns but we'll only be shooting one of them
Larry, just so you don't feel left out, you could send an AAHE and an AHE that we could shoot in your honor

Sorry Dean but Lou is delivering a couple of guns today that have been away for some time. I think they will need a week or two back home to get acclimated before any new road trips. Shoot straight my friend.

I have an idea, let's make Dean's unfired hammer gun the prize
And Bob, think about this. somebody might be competing against you with your 10ga, it would only be fair they have shoot 1 1/2 ounce loads in it LOL.
