Inside of forty yards I like a nice full/full with #6 or #7 1/2 shot in anything but a .410
Head & neck shots only boys - the only way to kill a big turkey without making turkeyburger injected with wads of feathers. |

Good luck to everyone. My season starts next weekend and looking forward to trying out my new/used PH. Here is a photo from a hunt at the Webb Wildlife Center in Garnett, SC, a few years ago.

Can't wait to get out there myself, we have a month and half wait though. This warm weather is bringing the birds out early I'm seeing them almost every day now.
