This afternoon a friend came into work just before I was leaving and said he had been in a little " Mom and Pop " gun shop the evening before and the fella had an old Hammer Parker Gun hanging from the ceiling of the shop, my friend ask if it was for sale and the guy took it down and said ,that old gun has been hanging here so long if you give me what I got in it ,its yours !My friend explained he had a friend that has a very bad case of " Parkeritis " and ask what he would take for the gun he said send your friend up with a hundred bucks and its his !I made the sixty mile round trip as fast as I could get there only to find another " T. Parker " shotgun in miserable condition. Well as they say Good Hunting !
