Default GEORGE WORTHINGTON COMPANY

I just received my PGCA Research Letter from Mark on my latest Parker SN 29983. It says that the gun was ordered by the George Worthington Company in Cleveland, Ohio on January 29, 1882 and shipped on May 10, 1882
According to Parker Bros. Order Book No. 13 it was (and is) a Quality 3 To Action hammer, 12 gauge. It came with Damascus barrels of 28 & 30 inches (both are still present) All the other specs. check out with those in the letter. Jim Kelly at Darlington Gun Works is presently restoring the gun for me.

My question is: Does anyone here know anything about the George Worthington Company? Any help would be appreciated.

Best Regards, George
