For us to confirm it is a Parker stock, we would have to see a view from the head. That buttplate is a bit strange and the screws are even stranger. The screw spacing on the buttplate appear wrong unless it is a trick of the camera. Let's see that stock head. As Dean implies, the checkering pattern doesn't match anything from the Parker factory that would have a skeleton buttplate.
