I would not go so far as to call them "parts guns" as they might be viable shooters.
Pictures will help and rough bores mean different things to different people. I know a guy who will shoot anything and I wouldn't even begin to think of doing it.
These don't sound like high dollar guns but they are worth something more than $250 I'm guessing.

doublegunshop.com offers a "For Sale" forum where the seller is asked to give $10 to the website as a fee. Only if you can figure out how to post pictures will you succeed in selling these guns. Another choice is to tell us or them where you are so you can sell them face to face.
