I shoot them like I eat meatballs. Frequently and a lot. Mostly I shoot 1250fps in #8 1oz, but have a dozen flats of #8 in 1145 or something like that too. I shoot the 1250's in my Vulcan barrels all the time. Keep in mind the Shooting Dynamics in 1250 #8 is the same load as the Little Rhino except the Little Rhino is higher antimony shot and better quality hull. At least I read about one of these Master sporting shooters trains with the Shooting Dynamics then switches to the Little Rhino's for competition with little difference in pattern/recoil...etc.

Phil, I have shot thousands of those 12g shells out of all my 12g guns whether Damascus or fluid steel. The 1 oz 1180 FPS do a very good job on clays. I also reload some Fiocchi hulls and they load nicely.

Mike someone told me to reload them only one time. Your thoughts? I have never kept them but probably should have.

I will reload hulls until they start to develop splits/cracks at the crimp.

Spoken like a true reloader.

I've shot a boatload of the Fiocchi 7/8oz trainer loads 20 years or so ago. They were called that and I think they dropped that name but they got me on to shooting lighter loads in the 12ga. They were 7/8oz at 1200fps and quite pleasant to shoot. They were also $34 per flat. Ahh, the good old days.
