The stock being pinned, suggesting some hard use, and other aesthetic details, does suggest less-than-average condition for a 12-gauge Parker of that era.
If the barrels check out with a qualified smith as to being safe to shoot, and mechanicals are sound, the gun may still be a great and reliable shooter.

My book has it as a 16 gauge with 26 in barrels and a PH as Brian stated
