We once listed the additions to the frame size/gauge list. There were a bunch of them.

Just to keep us on our toes, there is always the Quality VH 12-gauge on a 6-frame that Jack Puglisi had years ago --

'For Every Rule, There Is An Exception'. #6999 comes to mind; a 20 ga lifter with firing pin spacing corresponding to what would become the 00 Frame.
