Is it possible for a shotgun to not be in the serializtion book ( if that's the right name for 'The Book' ) and yet still be able to get a letter? Or vice versa?
I mean I guess it's possible b/c the potential shotgun I'm interested happens to be this way. What I guess I'm wondering is does it happen often ?
