Maybe something happened to the 28ga barrels and someone put 20ga barrels on the gun. At that serial number it would be a 0 frame gun.

Never know, these seem to be original and are numbered correctly. It is a zero frame.

Both the order book and stock book shows it as a VH, 20ga. with 26" barrels and a CPG. The Serialization Book is wrong.
