That spring that you posted a picture of is not correct. That looks more like a mainspring for an LC smith. The parker top lever spring is small. About 1” long and has a post on it.

Whatever that spring is that is being advertised as fitting a Parker, is NOT for a Parker.

Now that shape does look a lot more like part # 19 compared to the first one you showed.
