As I understand the question, yes, this looks like the “old Style“ as compared to a newer style that has the post-war multi-piece top lever linkage.

To my eyes, that looks like part # 19, a top lever spring.

Thanks John. This job is way above my current pay grade. My contribution was to try and find a replacement part. That is a great instruction sheet though.
