After reviewing the order book entry for adding the 28ga. barrels, I believe that instead of "Put swells back in old bbls, it should read "Set sells back in old bbls". You have to understand that in this old script type writing and the use of broad tipped fountain pens, the capital S and capital P look very similar. I believe they were saying to fix the bulges (swells). Notice the "S" in Swells is the same letter as the first word. I was fairly new to the job at that time.
