Default S grade SBT

I didn't count them 1 by 1, but about 250 of these S grade SBT's were made during the middle of the WWI years of 1917 -18. That is almost 1 per working day; it certainly would have overloaded Parker's engraving and checking staff.
I wonder where the rest of these S's are hiding?

Best, Austin

The compilers of the Serialization Book used the stock books to identify gun grades. I haven't seen the stock book entries for single barrel guns for a while. Possibly, the stock book entries do not show grades for single barrels. I don't know if TPS shows any stock book entries for singles.
