My 20ga lifter gun is Serial Number 10165 and it does have lightening slots milled into the water table but not in the fore end iron.

Fore End Iron Lightening Cut

Default Fore End Iron Lightening Cut

The cut is on the underside of the fore end iron, covered by the splinter

Number 13011 is a 16ga Lifter with the lightening cuts in the watertable. I'm not takeing the forend iron off to look there
