There is a lot to like right there in that gun.
I am pretty sure in saying that a full cover checkering job on a forend was not really standard on any grade, but it is seen way more often on higher grades. On some BS but more on A and AA.
I have seen a few other examples of Ds special ordered with it, like this one was.
