Could you use the barrel weight to help in this case also ? Two inches of barrel have to weigh aliitle bit . I dont know if they included the ribs in that or not. But if someone cut two inches off them I think they would have to relay the ribs to get them that close. But what do I know. If the barrels have been honed would that not change the choke length ?
