This set of instructions for disassembly doesn't appear to give me access to the spring-loaded pin in the front of the receiver.

Anyone have tips on accessing that for cleaning. I'm always hesitant to start removing screws when there's a spring about to be released, without knowing what to hold onto to keep tiny parts from flying around the room.
