All states have not adopted new regulations brought about by the "Wayfair" ruling of the US Supreme Court. The decision permits each state to review and expand the definition of substantial nexus within their state. The old rules required physical presence in a state to establish nexus. The Wayfair decision replaced physical presence with "economic" presence. I am sure MO will eventually get on the bandwagon.

Reggie, I'll wager you are correct regarding Missouri, but the Show-Me State has a tendency to not do what others do (or go overboard when we do!).

The thing I fear is that FFL dealers will start collecting state sales tax on guns coming into them for transfer.
They do in Washington State.
