John, there seems to be quite an array of unsold eight gauge Parker guns in the last RIA auction. Maybe one of Daryl Middlebrook's Parker eight gauges in the March Julia auction would do the job for you. Are you looking for a hammer gun or a hammerless, a shooter or a collector? I would be glad to help you pick one out. The market is depressed for eight gauge Parkers right now, so it is time to buy.

Hammer or hammerless does not really mater.
I would love 34" barrels but would settle on 32"ers.

Would love a graded gun (but this is a want not a need) . I know this will sound weird but I don't want one too heavy. Around 11 to 12 lbs would be ideal but I understand I must be flexible.
Definitely don't want a 14 pounder or more.

I plan to shoot the gun. Obviously not a lot but about twice to three times per year. So about 300 shells per year give or take.

The eight gauge realm is very new to me. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all for your help and advice and insight.

Everyone have a great weekend.
