They are about in the middle in terms of "Hotness",

Look closely, standard CCI 209 primers are mild, comparable to Remington 209P. CCI 209M (Magnum) are a hot primer similar to Fed 209A. I have substituted CCI 209 for Win 209's in every imaginable load for many years without issues.

Same as Mr Brooks,I switch CCI and Win no problems, not as critical in a low pressure load. Just my 2c, worth what you paid for it.
