I enhanced the image a bit



and believe they are the same as this 1878 Grade 4 Lifter and called "Lutticher Toncin"; a Herringbone variant





We've had this discussion off and on in the past regarding similar barrels which were labeled "Laminated Steel'

BTW: I'll have a table in Vegas near you Parker fellas and would be happy to 'read' patterns for anyone.
