I'm a gunstock wood lover too. The stock you show is nice, but a little plain for my taste. I like lots of figure and contrast in gunstock wood.

Below are pictures of some of my favorite wood on my guns. The first picture is of, left to right, my 20 ga. and 28 ga. Garbis, and my 28 ga. Parker Repro. Second pic is my 12 ga Garbi, third pic is my 12 ga SSS Parker Repro.

I used to own (sold it years ago) a 20 ga 2 bbl Parker Repro. set (26" Q1/Q2, 26" IC/Mod) with the most amazing piece of very dark, heavily burled walnut I've ever seen, hand picked for me by Jack Skeuse; I also have a 20 ga. Beretta 687 Diamond Pigeon EELL with eye popping figure, but unfortunately no picture of either gun.
