Captain George Hamner I do not know, but there seems to be a strong military history with the Hamners. My father, navy commander Robert c Hamner sr, grandfather colnoel George c Hamner, and the list goes on. I unfortunately was medically disqualified to serve. Makes me wonder if I would have surpassed my fathers rank by now.
I have noticed at least one other Hamner here, Jack Hamner. I wonder if there are more.
