Harold, I use the same components as Daryl but with 14.5 grains of Long Shot and I add a 32 gauge overshot card for great crimps on the Fiocchi, RST and Cheddite hulls. I get 1185-1205 fps very consistently with about .72 oz of shot as my bar throws a little light.

BTW, I'd love to have your 2 3/4" 28 gauge hulls and pay for shipping. I just gave away about 500 2 1/2" once fired RST hulls.
