28 ga recipes, Euro hulls

Going thru my reloading supplies and pulled out bags Fiocchi, Noblesport, Cheddite, and Federal hulls, but can find no load data for those Euro hulls. I do have a couple bags of the Gulardi 28 wads (GU28) and of course Cheddite , Noblesport and Win primers. I have 20/28, Universal, 7625, PB, and HS 6.
Any body reload those and have a recipe to share.
I may just pitch them as I have alot of the old Win AA compression formed hulls and the appropriate wad.
Thanks

I’ve just discovered “Claude”. Amazing what it comes up with. Seems to know exactly what I’m talking about when I ask about loads.
It seems to scour the internet for all information ever published.

"Claude" could be the AI nom de plume of a relative of the original Claude, Chief of Police in the movie "Chinatown." During that era depicted, he most likely would have had dealings with Edwin Hedderly, darling of the high-grade smallbore Parker devotees and exhaustive experimenter with smallbore handloads in search of the "utmost possibilities" in patterning and performance of the little guns. As comedian Judy Tenuta said, "It could happen!"

Harold, I have boiled all my 28 loading down to Fiocchi hulls, trimmed to 2.5", RO-28 wad, which BPI now sells, but is a copy of the original Fiocchi RO-28. 14grs 20/28, 3/4 oz 71/2.
I can load the same in Cheddite hulls, but find their life is more like the possum, less like the turtle.
The base height is ever so slightly different between the two hulls, so I segregate my hulls. Mixing them yields poor crimps. I have to make a small press adjustment when I go to Cheddites.

All this talk of 7625 and PB is making me horny. Those were my all time favorite powders, and I'm loading 16 and 20 with PB. I hope what I have lasts until Valhalla.

Harold I have load data for 28ga fiocchi or cheddite hull with 7/8oz lead at 1180fps and 28ga fiocchi hull with 1oz lead at 1200fps. The former uses Longshot (LGSH) and the later, Lil' Gun. There are a few recipes in The Complete Reloading Manual for subgauge for 28ga cheddite hull using LGSH and federal 28S1 wads for 3/4oz loads at 1225fps and much more data if you have any universal powder. Same for fiocchi hulls. I also have data for bismuth. Call or DM me as needed.

Those 7/8oz and 1oz hunting loads use the gualandi HV (high volume) wads, not what you have.

Thanks Chris, but I was interested in standard 3/4 oz loads for the 28. But if you would like those Fiocchi hulls they are yours--you know where I live(just over the hill from Chris).

Thanks Harold. Have plenty. Lots of load data on Hodgdon site for 28ga cheddite and fiocchi hulls with gualandi wads and longshot powder.

I've always used the CB 5034 3/4 oz wad (the red one) in Federal, Cheddite and Fiocchi with 13 grains 20/28 or Unique. Worked fine.

I'll try that Daryl. I've got 10 lbs or more of 20/28. Just need the red HS wad and they have it locally.
