Any one of you fellas out there have the rest of this?? Sure would be nice to put this one back in the field. According to the number 144283...28ga, 28", straight grip. Non-ejector.

Tom, is there a story behind how you came by this? Have a nice holiday, Andy

Not really any type of interesting story Andy....fell across it from a fella Ive known for years...he happens to live in the town next to Ilion,NY and did work at "the Arms" for many years. (Remington Arms that is). It looked nice and small to me...I like small framed shotguns so I bought it....then I checked the number when I got home. I liked what I saw.

The good story will come in someone getting it back whole.

Tom, check out the other previous thread on a 28 ga. at the Gettysburg show - the barrels to your receiver are probably on that gun!!

Yes, I have. They are very nicely done and shoot great. It took one day at the gunsmith to put them on my 'o' frame 20 ga. Great work by Tony's guys. Thanks, Frank
