Default New Parker Project

Found a new Parker Project I just could not pass up. $14.99 on Ebay buy it now. Original finish, Tight fit, no pitting, operates like new. Took a little disasembly and clean up. Wire brush, steel wool, hot water and some Alcohol did wonders.

Coffee ground to a velvet texture. Amazed at how well it worked.
It will get a coat of wax on the wood tonight. Then back to "The Grind"

Scotc...... oh you mean to clean with. My favorite alcohol to clean parts with is Everclear 192 proof. Just need to be very careful on the finish.

So you bought that... I had that on my watch list and when I sent to buy it, it was closed. It looked like a nice buy.

Yes, it was actually better than I expected. Pretty simple design. By removing the bottom of the grinder you have acess to the only two screws you can not reach otherwise. Allows for a very good cleaning.

That's a good buy for a Parker box grinder.

AHH, the coffee was great, actual got out of bed and made the coffee this morning. Delicious! My wife said wow, what a surprise. While I was enjoying the moment she had to spoil it by asking if Parker ever made vacuum cleaners.
