Default selby loads

i just got a 10 ga loaded winchester 1901 leader high brass shell...it was loaded by selby..30 grains of ballistite and 1 1/8 ounce of no 7 shot...and measures only 2 3/8 inch in lenth...this is the shortest loaded ten i have seen yet...bras almost as long as the paper and the color of the paper is a light tan... as a thought what would the 30 grains of this powder be to black powder...would it be close to 3 drams or maybe 3 1/2 drams... charlie
