Default Foreseeing the Future

An interesting quote: "Despite the fact that present indications point to the disappearance of the figured iron,it would not be suprising if sportsman of the future were to return to the early love.

This was taken from a chapter on gun barrels in a book I am currently reading "Modern Sporting Gunnery" by Henry Sharp published in 1906
