Default SP10 wads on Gunbroker

I wonder how long it will be before they are selling them one wad at a time?

Shipping alone gets them almost at $0.50 each

UV light works on them or any plastic wad for that matter . I’ve gotten some in deals before that had been sitting on someone’s shelf for a number of years and they kinda looked that way . The biggest thing is the loose some of their strength when you’re trying to seat them so it requires extra effort . And since it’s only a single stage loader the bit of extra effort can be dealt with .

To my mind that is either powder flakes or residue in the webs. The brown stain looks odd too. I personally thik someone either shot them or pulled them from old loads.

During the summer of 2022 I found that Dawson's Shooters Supplies in northern Ohio had a full case of Remington SP-10 wads. They sold very quickly.
I also contacted Remington hoping to hear when these will be available again

The answer is: never!

One of these days I will be forced to experiment with Ballistics Products’ generic offering of the SP10. Not there just yet, thanks to that Canadian source someone posted here several years ago.

I’ve talked with the clowns errr uhh I mean folks at Remington via email and phone . They claim the SP-10 will be back in production (most likely on a limited basis). They also had nothing good or positive to say about the SP-8 wads

Victor, I'm still laughing about the guy in Canada that had those. I found them by accident, bought a very healthy supply for my self and then posted them here. They left his store like scared quail! Bet he is still wondering why!

I know nothing I think if I had two more cases of SP-10’s and a case of SP-8’s I’d have enough to last me the rest of my shooting life .
