He’s done three projects for me so far and I’m pleased with them all . Turn around is quick and his price is always what I think to be reasonable .

Breck's got a set of mine doing them now. They're off an I. Hollis SLNE. I drove them over to him back in April. He said it would be sometime in June when he finished them. I often wonder what they will look like. They had been blued, very well I might add, and it was hard to tell what was under there.

First is Bernard 12 and next three are Damascus 28. .

Breck has done a great job on every barrel I have sent him. Mostly Parker hammer guns.
I have some great Parker examples, but here's a before and after Breck did on a 15 gauge percussion sxs with 34" barrels, likely made in the late 1850s. Most of the finish was gone and I wanted the barrels to be protected. This is a great shooter, probably the best muzzeloading shotgun I have shot in fact. It's just like shooting a normal cartridge gun once it's loaded... This gun is now a treasured possession, that I just love. It will be joining me this fall on some hunts for sure  I think you will be happy when your barrels come back. |
