One more quail hunt

Julia, Harry and I shot quail at Brays Island this past weekend. Sherwood did a great job of pointing and even made a water retrieve.

I shot a VH 20, Harry shot a Parker Repro 20 and Julia shot the Superposed with 410 barrels.

Thats a nice family outing Mills. I'm already looking forward to next years hunt at Morrison Pines. I love the 410 on quail.

I want to get Harry to Morrison Pines in the next few years. They are the Gold Standard of quail hunting

Im so glad that you and Julia told me about Morrison Pines. I think this trip was the 7th consecutive year.

Gosh, when I see your pictures and they have greenery in them, it makes me anxious for Spring. What a nice outing that must have been.

I always enjoy your pictures here on the forum. I am hoping some of my grand kids want to pursue the outdoors like I did as a young man. Thanks for posting.

Just start taking them and let nature take its course. That is what worked for me. Plan some fun hunts in different places.
