Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Feeling Lucky...
I have felt fortunate that many outdoor activities have remained available during COVID. Back in March, I brought my young Irish Setter/Golden Retrieve mix to a hunting preserve in Connecticut called Markover. I had hunted there several times, but never with my own dog, In fact, this is my first hunting dog. I posted some pictures after a first few hunts in March.
I went back this fall a few times and have been going every week since mid December. It is such a great place and I have received so much good advice and help with my dog. I have enjoyed watching the dog progress and continually improve. I have had my kids go with me, they are still too young to shoot, though they already have Parkers waiting for them We have been having so much fun and It has created a level of joy I would not have thought possible.
My son and I went yesterday and had a beautiful morning. I shot his Trojan first and then my GH. Looking forward to when we are shooting together, that will be fun for sure.
This was one of the few “positives” that came out of 2020 for me. Anyway, I thought I would share some pictures of my kids and “Violet” from the past few weeks...
Edit: I couldn't make that 5th picture vertical, but if you click on it is...
