What grade is "V"?

I've an old parker, but can't find info on the grade. I see a VH, and VHE, but not just a V. can someone help me tell what gun this is?

Size -2
Barrel Weight – 4
Serial # - 127434
Made – 1904
Gun Grade – "V"
Vulcan Steel Barrel

Is this a GRADE 0?
