A Grade Butt Stock Photos Please

Following quite extensive evaluation, my AAHE previously posted last Fall as ‘A Grade Restoration Query’, is in need of re-stocking. I plan to re-stock it to the original lettered dimensions (DAH). I’m seeking pictures of other A Grade butt stocks that may aid my selection of an appropriate French walnut blank so I may, as best as possible, maintain the integrity of the look of original guns of similar grade. I certainly have the original as reference but would welcome other pics. If you have photos, please share. Many thanks in advance.

Very good decision to restock that gun. It was the only course of action for the gun that made sense.

The Parker Story contains MANY examples of all grades of Parkers.

Also, a search through the user photo albums on this site would be a good reference too.

I’m seeking photos so I may select a blank that represents the grain and, more importantly, the degree of figure that would be historically accurate if you follow what I mean. I selected a blank originally but it may be too ornate/too much figure. Thanks.

Just make sure you pick a blank with straight grain up through what would be the wrist area.
