Default Two more crumble to the "VH"

Woke up this morning at 5:00 a.m. and as I was getting ready for work. My Springer came over and gave me a nudge with his snout while I was tying my boots.... I thought for a moment, that I have not missed any time at work in months. Then I said the hell with it and went for my "Parker". Set out to a few of my favorite spots with camera also in hand. The morning did not produce to much, but I did see a nice buck in the field. The things you see when you do not have a slug! Finally, at the last spot the dog produced some birds. First a fine hen and about a hour later a nice rooster. Hey, all in a days work!

Obviously, you are allowed to shoot hens in CT?

Good on ya, William! I usually burned up my 'no questions asked' personal days on grouse hunting.
