I am not in the book business. At least not usually.

But you are right, people do seem to have a hard time finding them. But I do not think it has anything to do with availability.

Our friends at Double Gun Journal offer them in every issue. They certainly are a supporter of our organization and other organizations as well.

Not everyone objects to looking up information in "the book". If you are new here or own just one Parker and want to know what it says about your gun, ask. If I see the post I'll answer. No need to buy a book for a single gun lookup.

If you run across a gun somewhere and need information, then too, it's OK by me and I'll answer up.

If you keep asking though, then it's time to buy a book and I agree with Brian; you need one. At times it does seem that there are more "lookup" requests than one would expect.

In my defense, I’ve answered a couple posts asking something like “How many grade 3 16 gauges were made with 26” barrels?” Or something similar with my copy of The Parker Story.. But yeah, I’m sure it gets annoying.
