French Brittany Breeder....

Hello:

Was wondering if anyone knows of a really good French Brittany breeder on the East Coast? NAVHDA tested lines would be preferred, along with lines that are hunted on both puddle ducks and partridge/woodcock. Thanks in advance.

Larry Frey too, but I'm not sure if Shay is a French or American.
