Is it a complete restoration you want or simply a refinish?
I would say Marvin Huey for a complete restoration and Kevin McCormack for an excellent refinish. .

I have a similar hard plastic case too where the interior fabric/foam has turned to dust. Took it to an upholstery shop and they did a half-a_ _ed job. Would love to get it done right. Any recommendations?

If you know the manufacturer you might be able to send it to them. If not I'd check with Kevin McCormack
