Am I reading this correctly on a VHE?

C= APRIL
ZZ= 1953 (THINK I AM CORRECT SO FAR)
3= SERVICE SECTION RECEIVED (Not sure but that is what the Parker site tells me)

Barrels also marked Overload Proved
Chambers now 2.75".

Don't have it in front of me but it is a 1907 VHE 12.

So am I correct on reading this code? Chambers lengthened, barrels proofed, gun refinished.
