I think I may have a Parker "Frankenstein". The Water Table is marked with the serial number 21746 as well as the Forearm. no grade marked on watertable.
The Barrel is stamped with a 12372 ,looks like a serial number also with, T ALE 5 13 . The Barrel lug is stamped 3. Twist Steel.
