Average Price for a Parker SBT made in 1927

Looking at a Parker SC SBT made in 1927 and the owner is asking $5000.00. Is this price higher than usual?

A $5000 SC would be in almost mint original condition. Normal examples sell for $2000 to $3500.

For $5,000 it better be a rare barrel length and be in like new condition.

2nd 2 to 5 Mine was for sale years at 4500 Owner cut it about in half to make the sale. I may have been the only one intrested. GB all the sites no activity.

Good honest gun lots of original finish Pad and replacement sights only issues. Glad I own it real nice Trap gun.
