My 1907 VH16, O Frame
Mechanically excellent, Hell for Stout, a superlative field gun,
an absolute death ray on Doves and Quail (.017/.007)
and no slouch on a Skeet field to boot.
Points like...
...but seriously, seriously cosmetically challenged. Distressed might be a better word.
The before pictures fail to show the extent of the lack of condition.
Less than 50% barrel blue, bare metal in some places, zero case color,
unsightly wood gouges and a real lack of the handsomeness befitting a Parker.
7 weeks at a "Spa" in Ellijay Georgia.
Reblued, refinished, recased, and recut.
Before and After.
Not in 100 years has this gun looked this good.
