Default Cocking hook screw

I recently purchased a rather nice VH #2 with 32" barrels made in 1915. All the screws except the cocking hook screw are perfect but some goofus really did a number to it. Any idea where I could find a replacement?

Send a PM to Tom Carter. He makes marvelous hammer screws. I can't imagine he couldn't make a cocking hook screw.
