Only a Jake, but the first with a Parker. VH 12 gauge, number 2 frame, 30 inch made in 1900.



PS. This will be my go to gun in Virginia this year. I've got a couple of good places where the shots (knock on wood) shouldn't be long.

That's a beautiful bird...and Parkerized, to boot! Congratulations!

I am borrowing a Parker pigeon-type 12 bore Monday for a three day hunt on Pon Pon Plantation in the South Carolina Lowcountry. I only get invited there once each season...but I think this year's bird shall be killed properly.
