Default Ebay caution

There is a new listing for a Parker catalog on Ebay by a seller with no feedback. Seller also has a listing for PB brass 12 ga shells. The same catalog sold in a lot on 1/17 by a seller with 2 feed backs. Both sellers are located at the same Caifornia city
This seems suspicious. If someone here is the buyer and reseller I apologize for raising a caution flag but I would like them to make themselves known.

Can't find it. You're going to have to give us an item number.

Robert that is the 1st sale. The new listing for the catalog alone seems to have been removed from Ebay and I didn't bookmark it because it looked funky.

They were both removed it says because they are no longer available.

The picture with the 63 shells and loading tool was the first auction.
The catalog is item #111578124304
