Actually I just checked the "Serialization Book and 158108 is the earliest listed SC grade gun. The number 177318 I pulled from "The Parker Story" my mistake.

The lowest number singles that seem to be production guns are listed in the Serialization Book in the low 176,000 range. I don't know how the compilers of the information in the book came up with numbers in that serial number range since the pertinent stock books seem to be among the missing.
