Default Maybe the Last SBT?

While I understand it may never be known, I have SC sn 242311, a 32Ē SBT with Remington date codes indicating manufacture in January of 1942. There was an older post about the highest SN SBT I didnít resurrect but Iíd like to hear if anyone has found a later one. I know Remington made a fewÖ thanks!

Default 1942 SBT

This is my friend's C grade SBT SN 242359. Completely redone by DelGreco. He believes it to be the last one made, but does anyone know for sure?

Are there any initials on the stock oval? What is the barrel length?
